Order Process
Well first of all, thank you very much for your confidence! We'll do our best to get your package to you as soon as possible. Here's a quick intro into how our shipping process works.
Once you place your order, expect a confirmation email. Once we send it, we start working on your order - on average, we'll dispatch your goodies within 1-2 business days and then it takes additional 7-10 business days until it reaches you (depending on your location, of course).
We offer free shipping on all orders within Ireland and United Kingdom!
When the order is dispatched, you will receive additional confirmation email, which will also contain your tracking info.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, contact us at info@tailorsmith-outlet.com as soon as possible. We're able to cancel your order until it is shipped, then you'll also be eligible for a 100% refund (otherwise you pay for the costs of the return shipping).
Delayed Orders
If the maximum time for processing and shipping the order has expired and your order still hasn't arrived, we're sorry! Please wait for 2 additional business days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package has still not arrived by then, please contact us with your order number.
Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, please immediately take a photo as evidence of the package and its contents. Then send it to info@tailorsmith-outlet.com along with your order number so that our customer support team can find a solution for you.
